Full Service & Car Care

Although best known for our high-performance work, perhaps Hyevon’s best-kept secret is our routine service capability. We specialize in all aspects of European, Domestic & Japanese maintenance and car care. From simple oil changes, brake jobs and manufacturer-recommended post-warranty service programs to the most challenging unanticipated repairs, we can meet your needs cost competitively. With a team of highly skilled and experienced technicians using the latest diagnostic and service tools, Hyevon Motors can keep your vehicle running as good as new, or to get it back to optimal condition when problems occur. Installation

Looking for a place to install that new intake, exhaust, body kit, big-brake kit, suspension, carbon interior kit, or even concealed Valentine radar detector? Don’t trust your local tuner shop to do your cam installation, engine swap or turbo installation? From the simplest to the most complex installation work, it is critical to have it done right – the first time! Let Hyevon’s expert installation technicians do it for you. Our staff is skilled in the installation of just about any factory or aftermarket product for your European, Domestic & Japanese vehicle.

Engine Building

Hyevon Motors is a recognized leader in engine building, tuning and transplants for both street and track applications. We have built some of the most unique and powerful BMW and Mercedes engines currently running in the U.S., both normally aspirated and forced induction. We have access to state-of-the-art design, development and fabrication equipment such as CAD, computer simulation of engine modeling and wave dynamics, CNC and water-jet machines, and flow-benches to optimize our design, engineering and production work. Through our ongoing in-house research and development programs, we have even solved some of the most challenging “known problems” with high-performance BMW engines, such as lifting cylinder heads and spun bearings. Our engine-builds are known for their real-world performance and reliability; they are not just dyno-queens. Dyno Testing & Tuning

We are acknowledged leaders in squeezing maximum power out of your vehicle while keeping it as reliable as possible. With our access to a Dynojet dyno, we can baseline your current engine performance (HP, torque and air/fuels), recommend adjustments and/or modifications if appropriate, help you develop a plan to achieve your performance objective, and assist in your power upgrade process to the degree you need help.

Whether you want to “chip” your stock ECU or install the latest, most sophisticated stand-alone engine management system, our technology partners Powerchip and Autowave are uniquely qualified to address your needs. They are experts at optimizing and custom-programming stock ECU’s with the latest software tunes.

Fabrication

Hyevon Motors operates its own in-house fabrication shop. With state-of-the-art equipment, we are able to custom fabricate anything from simple parts to very complex products and assemblies. A few examples of our design, development and fabrication work to date for both street and race cars include:

Flow-tested headers for normally aspirated and turbocharged engines (from mig-welded ceramic-coated mild-steel to 321 stainless equal-length tig-welded applications)
Exhaust systems (from high-flow metallic cats and efficient X-pipes, to mandrel-bent stainless center-sections, mufflers and tips)
Purpose-built cooling systems (radiators, intercoolers, oil coolers, transmission coolers, diff coolers, etc.)
Roll cages (from mig-welded basic DOM steel configurations to complex tig-welded chromoly applications),
Several custom suspension parts for both race and street applications.

Complete Race Shop

Hyevon Motors’ full-service race shop is one of the best in the country focusing on BMW & Mercedes track cars. We have a history of building race cars that are not only fast, but beautifully prepared as well. From engine builds, turbo design-builds, header fabrication and engine management solutions, to custom roll cage design-build, suspension design/tuning and aero optimization, we can do it all.
